A black scar on land, these expansive wastes and turbulent badlands are rumored to be overrun by all manner of beasts and terrors - relics from the calamity that occurred on the Day of the Dark Sun. To the north, past the Gates of Mourning, lies the Plaguelands and the Infernal Wastes. Dark tides of unease have returned and the drums of war thunder once again. Though Taleria was saved, the tenuous alliances built to protect the realm have all but evaporated. Hundreds of years have passed since the Desolation and the Day of the Dark Sun-since the continent of Taleria was shaken by reckless magics that threatened to end all life in the realm.
